Every time I walk into The Hatchery, a great breakfast joint down the road from Okemo Ski Resort in Ludlow, VT, I am always thinking about the food. But then the waitress comes to our table and more often than not tells me I need a Bloody Mary…well I tend to agree with her and order one. You can never go wrong with their Bloody Mary’s - it has bacon in it. Enough said. It goes well with whatever food you decide to eat - eggs, French toast or their amazing Crabcakes Benedict. Whether you just got into town or you are on your way out, be sure to stop in and try one…you won’t regret it.
